Counter Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- Your contact information;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court in your applicable jurisdiction and accept service of process from the original complainant (or their agent).
Where legally appropriate, we may restore the material if the complainant does not file a court action within the required time.
Repeat Infringement
We may suspend or terminate access for repeat infringers or accounts involved in repeated rights violations.
