This Agreement, together with any documents incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sprunki Game Box regarding the Site and supersedes any prior agreements.

Sprunki Game Box shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
